I chose Tom Brady because he is probably the best Quarterback in the history of the NFL. As a very bottom pick in the NFL draft he lived up to his opportunity of being the quarterback for the Patriots. The way he plays the game and leads his team shows why he is the best and why he wins all the time no matter where he plays. As soon as he steps foot on that field its all business to him and he holds himself and his team to the highest possible standard. His team trusts him and he trusts his team and that’s why the team chemistry is so good. that is why they win and why i chose Tom Brady as a good leader.

I choose Tom Brady has someone that I think is very inspirational to me. Many people don’t like Tom Brady for a variety of reasons but I think the reason while people don’t like him is the fact that he is a winner. Tom Brady has taught me to stop at nothing to reach success. Even his old age and the haters aren’t stopping him from reaching his goals and winning a Super Bowl. Tom is a tremendous leader on the field by holding everybody accountable. He also leads by example and does a great job at doing it. Younger athletes and his teammates look up to him and listen to what he has to say. For me, when I think of a great leader, Tom Brady is the first one that comes to mind.

I chose Tommy Lasorda as an excellent leader. He has been a director, vice president and advisor to the Los Angeles Dodgers and has contributed to the development of the team for nearly 70 years. He loved baseball very much. His passion for baseball has influenced players, spectators and others, and has revolutionized the world of baseball. He was a good communicator and his passion was always with the players. In the early ’70s when he was the director, the director was in sovereignty. However, his policy was mainly for players. He was a director, but he wanted to be a “cheerleader”. He believed that winning or losing was determined by the ability of the players and that encouraging, complimenting, and comforting the players was the essence of the manager. His habit was, “There is nothing the manager can do. Just set the stage so that the players can play comfortably.” In recent years, strategies have been created based on precise data analysis and statistics, and the level of baseball has become very high, but it is the players themselves who decide the final victory. You may need a leader like him to develop many talented people

I chose this video of Lebron James talking about leadership and what it takes to be a leader because I have always looked up to him. Lebron is one of the greatest players if not the greatest in the NBA. He is a true example of a leader on and off the court. He leads vocally and by example. Also another thing that he does is mentor his younger and even older teammates. He always finds a way to get somebody better through words or even showing them on the court. Coming into the NBA some people said he was gonna be a bust and never live up to the hype but he certainly proved everybody wrong. He never gave up on himself and worked harder than anybody else. This is what a true leader looks like, coaching up his teammates and showing them how it’s done.
