Ray Lewis is essentially saying to us that we all have goals and dreams and whatever they may be we should muster the courage to go after them, to go and do whatever it is we truly want to do. I like this quote especially because it emphasizes the idea that one playing a team sport my think first of the team. For years I have told my teams that once they can “sacrifice a good part of “me” to be a part of something bigger, the TEAM is unstoppable”.
